We work in an open, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
At the beginning of the session there is a short consultation to discuss which areas (swapped these two words around) you may want to address. This is the perfect time to ask any questions you may have about the process, or discuss anything that may be on your mind.
Then you will be given the opportunity to get comfortable and relax your body, before I guide you into a meditative state. This mediative state, or Alpha and Theta states of mind, is something we experience daily; either when we are daydreaming, or just before we fall asleep or wake up. In this state you can access your subconscious mind, which holds your memories.
You are aware of what is being said to you, but not distracted by external noise.
Once you are experiencing a life (whether it be past, present or future), I will help guide you through the life, to get a feel for it. Some people see past lives just like watching a movie. Others feel or sense what is happening. Whichever way you experience it, it is right for you.
You may recognise someone from your present life. For example your brother in this life may be your friend in that past life.
Once you have explored that life, I will assist you to communicate with your higher self, and any others who might want to contact you. This will help you to achieve a stronger connection, and a greater understanding of how that past life relates to your present life.
Near the end of the session there will be some time for a healing process.
As with all therapies, results vary from person to person.
